That's not the reason for the 3 stars - the reason is they forgot it in the initial shipment. I had to call in and tell them to send it to me. I really, really hate that. How hard is it to put a pen in hand, check off each item on the order list as it's put into the shipment box, then sign the checklist? I'll give everyone a hint; IT'S NOT HARD, because almost all my shipments from everywhere come to me with a checked/signed list, now.
Geez...!
