This scarf is soft and lightweight which is nice. The pawprint design is not very clear though. On the brighter side of the fabric it could be just dots or flowers, you can't really tell they're pawprints, which if you look at the closeup picture you can see. I just didn't look at it that closely. The pawprints are actually more clear on the under side. My friend will like it because of the color and because it's for a good cause so it's an ok gift.
